MUSICIANS AND ARTISTS
Have something to play or sing? Have display artwork to display? Share it at one of our community meals or events. You’ll have an enthusiastic, appreciative audience.
VOLUNTEER COORDINATORS
These positions require experience. May lead to a paid position as the Café grows.
Recruit and retain volunteers * Coordinate assignments and scheduling * Oversee orientation and training Manage Volunteer Advisory Committee
Health Instructors/Assistants
A Health Program Assistant
Assist the President with administration duties that are needed for the wellness program. Client follow up and answering emails and client's questions.
MEAL EVENTS (April 2024)
Plan and coordinate * Create menus * Be a Guest Chef or Prep Cook * * Set-up or Clean-up * Serve food* ( you can sign up for more than one task)
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Help spread the word about Harmony Café. Create relationships with community groups and organizations. Set up meetings with organizations/groups and introduce harmony café’s mission and vision. Invite organizations and groups to our events.
Social Media
Create engaging posts for social media channels.
Videographer and/or Photographer
Some experience required.
HARMONY CAFÉ BOARD of DIRECTORS
Requires at least 10 hours of commitment monthly, in addition to board meetings held six times per year. Looking for people who have a passion for community change. Experience is preferred.
