Yes, Soup for You & Your Neighbor Too!! New Pay-It-Forward Program! Preordering Starts Today!! Soup has to be PREORDERED EACH WEEK. Heartbeet Farms & Harmony Cafe has partnered to serve the community! When you Purchase a Soup, One is also Given to Your Neighbor in Need! WIN-WIN We believe all people deserve healthy food, regardless of means. Now more than ever people need a healthy immune system. A plant-based diet is a powerful way to achieve good health. One Soup Flavor will be featured each week. Pre Ordering Curbside Pickup -Order on Eventbrite :  November 5: Harvest Vegetable: butternut squash, kale, carrots, tomatoes, onion, veggie broth, celery, garlic, seasoning includes a mix of onion, garlic, bell pepper, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, coriander, oregano, cilantro. November 12: Sweet Potato & Carrot: sweet potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, veggie broth, ginger, onion, garlic, sea salt November 19: White Bean Chard: Swiss chard, raw northern beans, onion, tomato, veggie broth, garlic, oregano, white pepper, red pepper flakes (*see nutritionals below) November 25: Butternut Squash December 3: Kale Lentil: dried golden lentils, kale, carrots, onion, garlic, veggie broth, white pepper, cumin, coriander, sea salt.(**see nutritionals below) December 10: Potato Leek: Yukon gold potatoes, onion, leek, garlic, veggie stock, tarragon, sea salt, white pepper. Heartbeets Farms is NOT making a profit, but they are making a big difference** ****HeartBeet Farms and our Don8tions crew are excited to work with Harmony Cafe to bring nourishing, healthy plant-based soups to the community. Our Don8tions crew is made up of local teenagers who spent several years helping to donate vegetables to those in need. They saw a bigger need in donating prepared meals. Last year, Don8tions raised funds to donate plant-based, farm-to-table soups for several families in need. This season, they are ready to help out and do the same with Harmony Cafe. (*******
